Please provide a detailed account of the fault and anything that occurred leading up to the fault. The more information you give us here, the quicker we can resolve your issue.

Claims for warranty that are found to fall outside of the terms and conditions of the warranty will attract a AUD45/NZD58 inspection fee that is payable to the repair centre prior to the customer's item being returned to the customer. Failure to make this payment within 7 days of invoice will result in cost recovery being sought by the disposal of the item and by other methods at the discretion of the warranty provider.

All guaranteed repair times are offered in business days only. For example, a 30 day repair guarantee is provided over 30 business days for the locale of the warranty repair centre. This excludes weekends and public holidays that occur at the location of the individual repair centre. Repair guarantee timing begins once the handset is confirmed by email as having been received at the repair centre.
